Cancellation Policy

An advance payment of HUF 15,000 is required to book an appointment, which will be deducted from the hourly fee.

 

By paying the advance payment, I guarantee that I will reserve the selected date for you, thus avoiding long waits when arranging a new appointment.

 

Until the advance payment is received, the given time slot remains available for booking by others.

For online lessons, a deposit of HUF 15,000 also secures the time slot. The full fee must be paid at least 24 hours before the lesson, as there is no possibility for a personal meeting.

 

Cancellation policy:​

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

The appointment can be booked until the time interval specified in the first information letter. If no response and advance booking reference is received during this time, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
